Responsibilities:
- Assess patients\\\' health status and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide coordinated and effective care.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.
- Advocate for patients\\\' rights and needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in continuous professional development to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Graduated from an accredited nursing program
- State Registered Nurse License (compact accepted in compact states)
- At least (1) year experience in specialty
- Current BLS certification
